These terms are designed to ensure clarity, protect both the client and the brand, and maintain a professional standard across all transactions. By engaging with 11:11 Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
All products offered by 11:11 Studios are custom-made and produced based on the specifications provided by the client at the time of purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, design selections, sizing, quantities, colors, and any submitted artwork or text. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate before finalizing their purchase. Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our production workflow, and modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed. Any requested changes must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and are subject to approval based on production status.
By submitting designs, logos, images, or other creative assets to 11:11 Studios, you confirm that you have the legal rights, permissions, or ownership to use and reproduce those materials. 11:11 Studios is not responsible for verifying copyright, trademark, or licensing permissions and assumes no liability for unauthorized use submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that contains content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of intellectual property laws.
Clients are fully responsible for the quality and resolution of all artwork submitted for production. 11:11 Studios does not alter, enhance, or upscale customer-provided graphics unless explicitly agreed upon prior to production. By submitting a design, you acknowledge that the final printed product will reflect the quality of the file provided. We are not liable for prints that appear blurry, pixelated, distorted, or low-quality due to low-resolution files, improper sizing, or poor image formatting submitted by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all files meet print-ready standards, including appropriate resolution, sizing, and clarity.
Production timelines are outlined within our Shipping Policy and are separate from delivery timeframes. While we strive to meet all estimated production windows, 11:11 Studios is not liable for delays caused by high order volume, supply chain interruptions, or unforeseen operational circumstances. Clients requesting expedited production acknowledge that rush services are subject to availability and additional fees. Shipping timelines are dependent on third-party carriers, and once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
For bulk, team, or group orders placed through designated collection links, all orders are processed collectively after the collection closing date. Production for these orders will not begin until the storefront has closed, and all items will be fulfilled simultaneously to ensure consistency. It is the responsibility of the organizer and individual purchasers to place orders within the designated timeframe. Late orders may not be accommodated.
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. 11:11 Studios does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for issues related to sizing, color selection, customer input errors, or artwork quality submitted by the client. In the event of a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error caused by our team, clients must notify us within 3 business days of delivery with clear documentation of the issue. Upon review, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
11:11 Studios reserves the right to update pricing, product offerings, policies, and these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any updates or revisions. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organization for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of our brand.
By using our website, you agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, content, or operations. All content on the 11:11 Studios website, including branding, designs, graphics, and written material, is the intellectual property of 11:11 Studios and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable state and federal laws. By placing an order with 11:11 Studios, you agree to comply with all policies outlined above and understand that these terms create a binding agreement between you and the company.
