Custom Orders
Each item is created uniquely for you, which means we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

- incorrect item received
- or a defect

Exchanges
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are only accepted on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, exchanges may be offered for:
- damaged items
- incorrect orders
- or verified production errors
Non-Eligible Situations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- incorrect sizes selected by the customer
- design choices approved before production
- change of mind after order is placed
